Baby Routine Tracker
A baby routine tracker is a single log of sleep plus the care events that explain the day — usually diapers and feedings. Little Nap is an iOS routine tracker for that trio: one-tap sleep, wet or dirty diapers, and breast, bottle, or solids. The home screen can show time since the last care event. Premium can add gentle care insights from those same logs.
How to track a baby routine: sleep, diapers, and feedings
Why sleep, diapers, and feedings belong in one routine
A nap that failed after a long stretch without a feed is a different story than a nap that failed after a full bottle. A night wake that was only a diaper is a different story than a cluster of feeds. Splitting those into three apps recreates the group-text problem.
Little Nap keeps care events next to sleep on purpose. Today’s counts and time since the last event are meant to be glanced at, not searched for.
What Little Nap logs in a daily routine
Sleep sessions have start and end times. Diapers can be wet or dirty. Feedings can be breast, bottle, or solids, and bottle intake can be part of the care picture. Premium insights may include time since last feed or diaper, bottle intake, night feeds, and gentle patterns from your own logs.
Those insights stay offline and on device in the product’s design. They are not a feeding plan and not a medical assessment.
- Start and stop sleep from the main window
- Quick-log a diaper or feeding during or after a sleep
- See today’s counts without opening a report
- Share the same routine log with another caregiver on Premium
How routine data can change a nap window
The sleep engine is built on sleep sessions and age guidance. Care insights sit beside that picture so you can interpret a short nap or a night wake. Premium “why this window?” copy stays about rhythm and logs, in non-medical language.
If you only want sleep, you can ignore care buttons. The tracker does not force a complete routine before it will record a nap.
Routine tracking that should stay with a clinician
Wet-diaper counts, feeding amounts, and weight questions can be clinical. Little Nap is a log, not a pediatric chart. Contact a clinician for intake, output, or growth concerns.

Are routine insights part of Premium?
